1. Acceptance
By using PricePal ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
PricePal offers tech product price comparisons, AI-assisted PC build recommendations ("RIGBOT"), and links to third-party retailers. Prices shown are tracked samples and may not reflect current retailer pricing. Always confirm the final price at the retailer before purchasing.
3. Affiliate disclosure
PricePal participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates and Awin. When you click a retailer link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our comparison rankings, which are ordered by price.
4. Accounts & Pro subscription
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. PricePal Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. AI recommendations
RIGBOT is an AI assistant and its output may contain errors, outdated component information, or incorrect compatibility judgments. Recommendations are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Always verify compatibility with manufacturer specifications before purchasing hardware.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, or automate access to the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. You may not use RIGBOT to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PricePal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, purchase decisions made based on its recommendations, or the availability of third-party retailers.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
